if u got 100k for a gvg i would so be rich =D i would have every fow armour there is on each chaarchter =D

no you dont get anything for gvg apart from balthzar fractions, exp and the acheiment for winning although there is a chance for top 16 guilds to enter a tourment where the winners do win real money also the winners get gold trim around cape and runners up get silver trim...i do believe correct me if im wrong.

As has been stated, you don't get 100k for GvG wins, HOWEVER, what the person may have been refering to is the prize money (real $$$, not ingame $$$) that gets shared between the players on the winning guildwars teams at the end of a season. Twice now, ANet / NCSoft have taken the finalists of a GvG season to difference gaming shows (Taiwan and Germany) and the winner of the final tournament has walked away with some nice prize money. Last weekend was the most recent of these, the final duels took place in Leipzig Germany and the different teams duelled for a share of $100000 in cash and other prizes (ANet / NCSoft also footed the bill for the trip and stay)
